Futurex Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the PerQR application and service (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service. It also describes your rights under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA).
1. Definitions
Service: The PerQR web application and related services operated by Futurex Inc.
Vendor: A business, organization, or event organizer that creates and manages events on PerQR. Includes Vendor Admins and Vendor Users.
Guest: An individual who participates in a Vendor’s event and uses a PerQR QR code to track or claim items.
Personal Data: Any information that can identify a living individual, directly or indirectly.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide and improve the Service.
A. Data Provided by Vendors
Account Information: Company name, email address, billing details, and credentials.
Event Data: Event name, date, description, and images.
Guest List Data: Names and, optionally, email addresses and mobile numbers uploaded by Vendors.
B. Data Provided by Guests
Onboarding Information (Optional): Guests may provide email addresses or mobile numbers to receive notifications, depending on event requirements set by Vendors.
C. Usage Data
Automatically collected technical information, including:
IP address
Browser type/version
Pages visited and time spent
Device identifiers
Diagnostic and performance data
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process Personal Data under the following legal bases:
Contract: To deliver the Service as agreed with Vendors and Guests.
Consent: Where Guests provide information voluntarily (e.g., for notifications). Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Legitimate Interests: To improve functionality, ensure security, and support customer service.
Legal Obligations: To comply with laws or regulations.
4. How We Use Data
We use data for purposes such as:
Operating and maintaining the Service
Enabling Vendors to manage events and Guests to participate
Facilitating Vendor-Guest communication (with Guest consent)
Monitoring and improving Service performance
Providing customer support
Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
5. Data Ownership and Responsibility
Vendors as Data Controllers: Vendors decide what Guest data is collected and how it is used. Vendors are responsible for obtaining valid consent and ensuring lawful use of Guest data.
Futurex Inc. as Data Processor: We process data on behalf of Vendors in accordance with this Privacy Policy, contractual agreements, and applicable laws.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
PerQR uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and analyze usage.

Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function (e.g., login, session management).
Performance & Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Service (e.g., page visits, error tracking) so we can improve functionality.
